The Role Commercial Litigation Partner - £Competitive + Fully Benefits Package & Bonus This is a unique opportunity to join a Top 100 national law firm within their award-winning Dispute Resolution department, offering specialist quality legal advice to a broad range of private individuals and businesses. The Commercial Litigation department advises on a full range of contentious matters including advising on commercial and corporate disputes to assist a variety of clients including High Net Worth, and Ultra High Net Worth individuals up to global corporations. The team’s work covers all aspects of commercial litigation including representing clients in High Court litigation, and international and domestic arbitration, as well as advising and assisting clients on ADR, including mediation. The firm requires a Commercial Litigation Partner with demonstrable experience running a complex commercial caseload with a growth mindset, and a portable client following to continue to expand the dynamic team. The role involves working closely with the Head of Department on business development opportunities, as well as supervising and delegating work to junior solicitors. The Candidate Commercial Litigation Lawyer with at least 6 years post-qualification experience from a national law firm A portable client following circa £300,000 or more is essential Strong technical ability, commercial acumen, and a passion for business development Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise, and manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes from inception to resolution Ability to work within a team to develop and grow the department Demonstrated success in progressing litigation, arbitration, and ADR Strong academic profile The Benefits and How to Apply Competitive basic salary Superb working environment, with a City Centre office Flexible working – 3 days in the office Generous company pension Full benefits package Easily accessible to public transport (transport links to both train and tube routes) Apply in the strictest of confidence online or via telephone – there is no need for a CV for an initial conversation.
