Our client is currently recruiting for a Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their award winning team. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a prestigious firm with a stellar reputation in the field of dispute resolution. Role Overview: As a Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will specialise in handling high-value real estate disputes, finance disputes, and debt recovery cases. You will take ownership of a diverse and challenging caseload, working alongside top-tier professionals and contributing to the firm’s continued success. Key Responsibilities: Managing and advising on complex real estate litigation cases Handling disputes related to finance, including contractual disputes and asset recovery matters Leading on debt recovery cases, representing both corporate and individual clients Providing strategic advice to clients and playing an integral role in dispute resolution Supervising junior solicitors and trainees as part of the firm’s litigation team Key Requirements: Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE in Commercial Litigation Strong expertise in real estate disputes, finance disputes, and debt recovery Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment Excellent communication and client management skills Why Join?
