The Role

Your role will include;

Handle a diverse caseload:

Manage a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including media litigation, defamation cases, shareholder disputes, contract disputes, property litigation, and professional negligence claims.

Provide expert legal advice:

Deliver strategic and practical legal advice to clients, helping them navigate complex litigation processes with confidence.

Litigate in high-profile cases:

Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation, utilising your advocacy skills to achieve favorable outcomes.

Collaborate with top-tier professionals:

Work alongside leading partners and legal experts, gaining exposure to sophisticated legal strategies and high-value cases.

Client relationship management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.

Stay abreast of legal developments:

Keep updated on the latest legal trends and precedents, contributing to the firm’s thought leadership in commercial litigation.

Mentor junior associates:

Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and educational work environment.

You will be!

Qualified solicitor – NI/ROI/E & W

Significant experience in commercial litigation.

Proven track record in handling complex litigation matters.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong advocacy and negotiation abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple high-stakes cases efficiently.
