Well-respected, innovative law firm are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor into their Chester office. You will be joining the Commercial Litigation team to advise on: Commercial contracts disputes Business owner disputes (partnerships disputes and shareholders disputes) Commercial Landlord disputes Tenant disputes The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will ideally have 3-6 years' PQE, can work effectively both as part of a team and independently, and has excellent analytical and client care skills.
