The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be involved in the following:
Contract Disputes
Professional Negligence Claims
Debt Recovery
Insolvency Litigation
Shareholder & Partnership Disputes
Alternative Dispute Resolution
Court Representation
The Successful Applicant
The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor should have:
3 - 7 years PQE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution
Great technical knowledge
The ability to manage a varied caseload
Exceptional drafting skills
Excellent client care skills
The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
