The caseload will include:
Complex contractual disputes Director and shareholder disputes Partnership disputes Arbitration proceedings Professional negligence Property Litigation The firm is looking for an experienced solicitor with 4 pqe+ who has experience in a wide range of litigation matters and is interested in working face-to-face with clients.
