Commercial Litigation Solicitor
A London office of a UK law firm requires an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a litigation team dealing with good quality and varied work on behalf of public and private clients. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to handle complex Litigation. This role will provide excellent high-quality and complex work on behalf of long-established public sector clients. Those disputes might include PFI / Projects / infrastructure disputes, procurement law disputes, IP disputes, competition investigations, and construction disputes. The successful candidate will be expected to have experience of some of these types of disputes but not all of them. The firm has a positive working culture within a supportive environment and offers an outstanding career opportunity with further progression for the right person. Candidates will have regional or national law firm experience dealing with high-value commercial litigation with at least 4 years UK PQE. Salary dependent upon experience.
