OVERVIEW A highly ranked Legal 500 firm is looking for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor. The firm is open to someone who has recently qualified with experience in Commercial Litigation and a passion to continue or has a wealth of experience in this field. There are two job openings.

You will have the flexibility you need to accommodate life outside of work; most of the staff go in once a week to touch base, but you are welcome to go in more if this is what you prefer. As long as you have a high standard of client care and attend to clients' needs, they understand that you don't always need to be present in the office.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

As a Commercial Litigation Associate, you will play a key role in advising a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, businesses, and multinational corporations, on a wide range of commercial disputes. You will work on high-profile cases in areas such as company and partnership conflicts, contractual and supplier contract disputes, commercial debt recovery, and enforcement of judgments. Representing both claimant and respondent to achieve the best outcome, negotiating settlements, litigating where necessary, and developing tailored litigation strategies aligned with client's business objectives. Keeping clients up to date and providing clear advice on legal issues, making recommendations for courses of action, and dealing with negotiations and mediations. Maintain and build strong professional relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication, providing updates throughout their case and managing expectations. Collaborate with colleagues and other solicitors, providing support to junior staff or trainee solicitors when required.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED UK Qualified Solicitor or equivalent with a solid background in Commercial Litigation or Dispute Resolution. NQ Solicitors must have at least completed a seat in Commercial Litigation or dispute resolution. Strong track record of successful outcomes for clients. Excellent negotiation abilities. Genuine interest in working on high-quality Dispute Resolution files for high-net-worth individuals. Business development experience or existing client following is beneficial.

IN RETURN Flexible working. Work from home. Flexible hours. Bonus structure. Loads more.
