A successful PE Backed Technology business based in Wilmslow; Cheshire are seeking a Commercial Management Accountant to join their team at their state–of–the–art offices.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director you will have visibility of the business and its stakeholders who you will business partner with and provide commercial insight in delivering the businesses expectations in 2025.
Preparation of full monthly management accounts with commentary Carrying out month end procedures such as reconciliations, posting journals, accruals, and prepayments Partnering with the wider business at stakeholder level and non–finance personnel Analyse and comment on budget and forecast variances and liaise with various departments to understand these. Assist with the external audit according to schedule and contribute to the year–end statutory accounts submission. Forecasting and budgeting The ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience, and attributes: Previous experience as a management accountant or finance business partner CIMA/ACCA Finalist / Qualified Intermediate Excel ability Strong organisational skills to meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail.
