£80,000 to £90,000 + car & package
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Manager to join a leading main contractor at their offices in Brighton. The Commercial Manager will quickly become an integral part of the team whilst taking responsibility for a framework which includes the construction and refurbishment of assets for a major utilities provider across Sussex, Surrey and parts of Kent.
The Commercial Manager's key responsibilities will include:
Providing commercial and contractual support to the procurement team Taking a lead role on the contract from a commercial perspective Working closely with the Senior Commercial Manager to provide advice regarding commercial resources and recruitment needs Supporting the SCM with all contractual matters and commercial training to the wider project team Working closely with the client and other JV partners on all commercial matters Acting as a mentor to others within the commercial team

Minimum Requirements: Commercial Managers considering this opportunity will need to have experience working on utilities or civil engineering projects and be familiar with the NEC suite of contracts.
