Job Details
Supporting the setting and delivery of our commercial strategies Supporting the forecasting and budgeting activity, including setting and managing trading performance for a core aspect of our customer journey Owning the commercial performance of a key component of claims, ensuring these are documented, understood, and performance measures are in place to meet objectives Identifying and developing business cases for key changes across claims that will lead to improvement performance Supporting the development of control measures designed to maximise impact of opportunities created and ensuring that suppliers are aware of and manage in line with our strategies Working collaboratively with key stakeholders across relevant operational teams to ensure strong monitoring and control of the end-to-end Skills we would love you to have
Strong commercial acumen, comfortable with the mechanics of the third party P&L and drivers of performance Great knowledge of commercial performance within claims, including a solid understanding of Claims and Risk Management principles and practices Results orientated, innovative and driven – able to seek out opportunities to disrupt and innovate whilst also evolving current practices, driving through challenges to deliver results What we offer
