As Commercial Manager, you will be central to helping us grow our client base, responsible for generating new business and working with the Branch Team to onboard new clients that they will service. Key Responsibilities

Generate new business and grow your branch client base. Learn and understand driving and industrial recruitment market practices. Strategic networking, prospecting, and cold calling. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Conduct regular client meetings to showcase our services. Train new sales staff and integrate them into the team. Liaise with the Branch Manager to onboard clients operationally. Salary and Benefits

The base salary for this position is negotiable subject to experience. We provide a generous uncapped commission scheme that opens the opportunity to quickly and realistically earn up to £50,000.00 per annum OTE. 28 days annual leave Pension scheme On site parking Social and team events Access to a company car for meetings Starting and Applying
