We are looking for a commercial manager with experience across the Civils Construction industry. You will be responsible for the Projects across London which range up to 25m. You will be working across Rail ideally or other relevant projects.
Responsibilities
Full management of the commercial team. Ensure all materials and off-site services are done correctly. Oversee that the tenders are prepared and fully tendered for. Work with the supply chain to help with the improvement in terms of cost and quality. Maximise cash flow. Manage prompt preparation and settlement of final accounts. Develop a strategy for concluding client negotiation. Review plant and equipment schedules. Experience Needed
Proven experience in commercial management managing multiple infrastructure projects across rail. Exposure and experience with NEC contracts. Experience across Rail Infrastructure projects. Salary:
