Key Responsibilities
Lead the commercial strategy and management across multiple construction projects in London. Oversee cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting to maximise profitability. Handle contract negotiations, ensuring terms are favourable and risks are minimised. Manage subcontractor relationships and procurement processes efficiently. Provide commercial insight to support project teams and ensure successful delivery. Maintain compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
Experience & Skills Required Significant experience in senior commercial roles within a roofing contractor or main contractor. Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost control, and risk management. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work effectively across multiple projects and teams.
