to join a dynamic and growing

c ommercial fit-out construction company based in Central London. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing all commercial aspects of projects, working closely with the Project Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality results within budget and time constraints. Key Responsibilities Team Supervision:

Supervise Assistant Contract Managers (ACMs) alongside the Construction Manager (CM), if applicable. Project Pitch Involvement:

Contribute to and present during new project pitches. Proposal Stage Duties:

Prepare budgets, prelims build-up, and trade contractor bids. Compile proposal documents, including cost plans and company information sections. Cost Management:

Develop and agree on detailed cost plans with the Project Manager and client. Manage trade contractor bid lists in collaboration with the Project and Construction Managers. Conduct tender analyses, prepare recommendations, and agree on lump sum tenders or Guaranteed Maximum Prices (GMPs).

Procurement & Contract Administration:

Oversee the preparation and monitoring of package tender schedules. Place orders and manage trade sub-contractors. Advise clients on procurement routes and assist with product selection, specifications, and value engineering. Handle and distribute project drawings and other relevant information.

Meetings & Reporting:

Attend design team and subcontractor meetings. Prepare, submit, and agree monthly cost reports, valuations, and change orders. Provide regular budget and pricing updates and prepare monthly cost and progress reports for directors.

Financial Closeout:

Manage project final accounts and retention releases. Complete reconciliations and provide feedback to trade contractors post-project.
