About Us
We are LANSERRING, providers of bespoke kitchens and exceptional joinery. With over 100 years of heritage, we combine timeless Austrian craftsmanship with a forward-thinking approach to design. Headquartered in London, with studios in New York and Vienna, we bring our elevated craftsmanship to the world’s most prestigious residential spaces. We collaborate with the most discerning clients globally to craft distinctive kitchens, dressing rooms, and extraordinary joinery for private homes, setting a new standard for contemporary craftsmanship.
The role
We are seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented, and motivated Project Commercial Manager/Quantity Surveyor to join our London-Notting Hill office, contributing to world-class projects for a leading luxury brand.
You will be the financial linchpin for our custom-made joinery projects, working alongside our cross-functional team and international teams in Austria and the US. Reporting directly to our Director of Finance, you will ensure each project is cost-effective, compliant with regulations, and delivered to the highest standards.
You will play a key role from the start of each project - consulting with the client and contractors on preliminary costs, supporting decisions with transparent reporting and ensuring ongoing expenses stay on track. You’ll also contribute valuable insights into cost planning, tendering, contract management, and overall commercial strategy, helping us deliver exceptional results.
In addition, you will support the financial department with day-to-day tasks and reports when required. This will be a great opportunity for you to learn further about our business.
This is an exciting new role in our company with excellent opportunities for growth. We welcome applications from people with diverse experiences and backgrounds, including those looking for a full-time role or a four-day working week.

Offer expert advice on legal, tax, insurance, risk, value engineering, and cost control for tenders and estimates.

Lead contract negotiations and management, ensuring fair and beneficial outcomes for all parties.
Handle payment applications, valuations, and invoicing processes.
Collaborate with client commercial teams to understand and meet their needs.
Ensure projects comply with legal and quality standards.
Analyse project outcomes and prepare clear and actionable budget and progress reports.
Partner with Project Managers to ensure consistent compliance across all projects.
Deliver monthly project cost reviews and share insights with senior leadership.
Provide occasional support to the finance department and act as a backup for critical tasks.
