Cobalt is working with a Global Tier one contractor that have an exciting opportunity for a commercial manager to work on multimillion-pound health care schemes in London.
Remuneration
Up to £90,000 + package

The Role
You will:
Prepare Commercial reports for tenders
Actively participate in the implementation of project commercial start up procedures
Maximise cash flow through timely preparation of valuations, submissions of invoices and receipts of payment
Monitoring resources and costs to ensure the project meets or exceeds targets

Requirements
Experience working on healthcare projects
NEC Experience
Commercial awareness
Experience working for a major/tier one contractor
