Wood Digital Consulting (DC) is currently recruiting for a Commercial Manager to support one of our UK projects within the System Integration business. This is a hybrid role that can be based anywhere in the UK, mobility and travel to customer sites and face-to-face meetings with colleagues will be expected as required. Must be able to pass HMG Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check. The Commercial Manager’s primary role will be to ensure effective commercial coordination of the relevant project in accordance with all relevant Company commercial policies and procedures. This includes delivery of program commercial reporting to the Business Unit and ensuring all commercial procedures are followed and reviewed. Implementation and delivery of key policies and procedures including the Financial Management Framework and Tender Governance Procedures. Adherence to all requirements of the client contract T&C’s with specific emphasis on reporting and change management in line with the NEC4 client contract. Qualifications:

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, or Business Studies, along with appropriate professional qualification (preferred) Knowledge, skills and experience:

Significant experience (8-12 years) in a similar role with good level (4+ years) of leadership/management experience Experience of NEC contracts, particularly NEC4, desirable. Proven experience in contract administration including change management Awareness of all relevant corporate and project procedures Experience in contract negotiations Experience in claims and dispute resolution (pre and post-litigation experience preferred) Personal attributes:

Utmost integrity Excellent communication skills, written, oral, and presentation Ability to work as part of a team and manage others Ability to prioritize key tasks and solve problems for the team Ability to mentor and coach direct reports Ability to engage with key stakeholders Advanced user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
