Permanent Hybrid - Warwick Full-time The Commercial Market Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and measurement of integrated marketing plans aligned to the commercial market segments. Key responsibilities and accountabilities: Planning, developing, and implementing marketing communications strategy and plans that are data and insight driven to meet customer needs and drive business value. Delivering marketing plans and activities across the full Marketing mix, including direct marketing, content marketing, social media, digital marketing, sales collateral, advertising, events, telemarketing, videos, and research. Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of all marketing activities to drive brand awareness, engagement & conversion, interpreting results and data to recommend future marketing activity. Responsible for ensuring consistent brand representation amongst internal and external customers. Developing close working relationships with marketing counterparts at key partners developing and implementing marketing plans by each key account/partner. Building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer-focused marketing plans, ensuring marketing activity is accurate and consistent with legal, technical, and corporate policies, and ensuring communications meet GDPR requirements. Management of external agency suppliers to ensure marketing plans are delivered to the right quality, on time, and within budget. Responsible for the management and administration of budgets in line with company policies and procedures, monitoring of spend, invoice matching, and accruals. Management of marketing projects, working closely with key stakeholders to get input and approval throughout the project, tracking progress, escalating risks, and communication of results. Thorough understanding of our customer segments, developing and championing voice of the customer to reduce pain points & maximize moments of truth across the customer journey. Gain a detailed understanding of the marketplace and competitive landscape to drive appropriate marketing communication plans. Education and experience Proven experience within a marketing role, with experience of delivering data-driven, tailored, and targeted marketing plans. An excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships with, influence, and manage stakeholders at all levels. Project management – able to drive and manage projects forwards to meet agreed deadlines. Analytical – able to interpret data and insight and use it to make recommendations for future activity. Must be self-motivated and capable of working both autonomously and within a team. Extremely organized with an excellent eye for detail. Preferably has a professional marketing qualification (e.g. CIM). Commercial and analytical acumen. Ability to write customer communications and content.
