Role Responsibilities:

Managing our client experience from your first interaction. Client onboarding and administration. Negotiate and close contracts with a strong working knowledge of key contractual provisions – Clients and suppliers. Identify opportunities to reduce costs, increase revenue or work more efficiently. Build and maintain close working relationships with the new business and client services teams. Overseeing the daily operation of the office, ensuring a safe and secure working environment for staff and visitors. Managing office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed. Coordinating travel arrangements for team members. Daily set-up of the office, organizing client lunches and travel arrangements. Coordinate and manage the company’s events in conjunction with the Brand team. Skills and Knowledge:

2+ years experience in a similar role or one containing similar experience. Demonstrable commercial acumen. Authoritative, which is how you carry both yourself and your message within the organisation and when client-facing. Able to lead persuasive negotiations with strong influencing skills. Experience in relationship-building. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a drive to complete tasks to a very high standard. Benefits:
