As part of the Global Climate Technology Solutions (CTS) Commercial team, you will be accountable for driving the identification, selection and development of EPC partners. Leveraging our existing relationships and targeting key new EPCs that will help drive our success in the rollout of CCUS, Geothermal, Hydrogen, Energy Storage & Emissions Abatement offerings.

As Commercial & Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for:

Creating a pipeline of dynamic EPC relationships to be prepared to roll out our current and future CTS products. Leading a cross-functional task force of product development, engineering and project management teams to establish evaluation and onboarding processes and establish and drive an engagement timeline that meets business needs. Prioritizing our EPC partnership targets based on the value for each party, focusing on partnerships that create a dynamic market presence for Baker Hughes. Managing healthy relationships both internal and external, balancing the needs and values of each party. Working with the commercial and legal teams to close collaboration terms with key EPCs for near-term projects. Leading the structuring and development of partnership agreements (e.g. MOUs, Consortium Agreements, etc.). Guiding the proposal team based on a holistic view to create a common value proposition and a successful outcome. Working with the risk team to define a nimble and contemporary process to work with EPC partners. Continuing market and competition assessment to assess market and technology developments in the New Energy space and articulate implications to BH.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering discipline. Have very good experience in the New Energy market and/or Oil & Gas industry. Have experience in complex project architecture selling holistic solutions with products and service offerings. Have experience in structuring complex commercial agreements (e.g. MOUs, Consortium Agreements, and others). Be able to balance technical expertise with commercial/financial strategy to foster and build deep relationships with key customers, partners and vendors. Have EPC or complex project structuring experience and knowledge of EPC GTM strategies. Demonstrate good written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences. Have interpersonal and integrative team working style and able to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external customers.
