The primary purpose of the Commercial Planning Lead role is to drive strategic and tactical planning that supports the commercial aims of the organization across the EMEA region, while also providing a strategic bridge between our product strategy and distribution strategy. The role will focus on developing long-term commercial and distribution plans while improving commercial frameworks and processes to ensure the delivery of our trade partner strategy and maximizing ROI. This position will partner with the Trade Sales teams to proactively understand partner strategies and build alignment to support both businesses. Working alongside relevant stakeholders, the role will consolidate the core product strategy for the UK&I/EMEA region. Ensuring that the distribution strategy and product strategy are aligned and mutually supportive of achieving EMEA volume and revenue goals is key. The role will continuously collaborate with teams in Miami to ensure core partner strategies are shared, understood, prioritized, and enabled through strategic and tactical initiatives. The role involves supporting strategic initiatives, coordinating objectives, and aligning with internal functions while evaluating and measuring ROI to continuously improve the effectiveness of our product and distribution strategies over time. Strategic and Tactical Planning

Be the driving force behind the development of long-term commission and distribution plans, collaborating with market sales leadership and the Commercial Director to determine both short- and long-term goals for various channels. Evaluate and oversee the implementation of new commercial models and approaches, including process improvements, cost of sale implications, and expected business impact. Develop a framework for creating commercial models for future periods, providing sales and commercial leadership with greater visibility into commercial strategies beyond the current and next periods. Assess the effectiveness and ROI of existing commercial models and provide strategic recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in Miami and EMEA to coordinate the development and final consolidation of distribution, investment, marketing, revenue, and strategic project initiatives into core product strategies aimed at achieving product volume and revenue goals. Incorporate market-level requirements into individual product strategies to enable effective channel performance and growth. Regular communication and updates on strategy status and alignment with trade partner strategy. Commercials

Support the implementation of the distribution strategy by developing commercial and commission plans and forecasts required as part of the implementation plan. Develop outlines for each scheme at the partner and market level, including recommendations for commission targets and business goals. Prepare all necessary supporting information to facilitate informed decision-making and effective rollout of terms. Ensure efficient execution and maintenance of all Annual, Seasonal, and Tactical schemes, including target setting, ongoing reporting of partner performance, and final results. Provide post-activity analysis on commission schemes to ensure continuous improvement.
