From £40,000- £45,000 d.o.e. and qualifications Location:

Milton Keynes with travel along M1 between Birmingham and London. Type of Contract:

Full-time, Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm. Benefits:

You must be flexible as you may be required to work night shifts, or differing hours depending on client requests. Our client is a well-established and busy electrical engineering company predominantly working in the commercial sector. Responsibilities of the Commercial Plumbing & Heating Engineer Maintenance and installation of pipework, drainage, sanitaryware & general plumbing components. Plant room refurbishments. Install water softeners, commercial boilers and pump sets. Maintenance, service and repair of commercial gas systems. Install, maintain and repair pipework and fixtures in all types of structures including copper and PVC. Respond to emergencies, fault finding and repair. Install heating and A/C systems including water heaters. Requirements for a successful Commercial Plumbing & Heating Engineer NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating. NVQ Level 3 in Heating & Ventilation. Gas Safe Card with ACS Commercial Gas Qualifications. Ability to work at heights and follow schematics, diagrams and technical drawings. Minimum 5 years experience within a similar role within the commercial sector. Able to collate and produce reports. Full clean driving licence. Able to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
