Commercial Master Data
Understand the current Master Data Process, current tools and potential gaps which prevent it being right first time Design and recommend new processes, tools (where required) and improved ways of working to drive accuracy from day one across multiple stakeholders Design a tracking process to hold individuals to account for completion on time in full
Gross Price Analysis (Sales & Operations Planning)
Karo is currently running a project to improve our financial forecasting, a key part of this role will be the loading and initial analysis of the Gross Price aspect of the financial forecast Loading of the AOR (Area of Responsibility) Gross Price files into the S&OP server post receipt from the AOR leads Sharing initial findings, including error identification – from automated analytics with responsible individuals from the AORs for correction
Trade Promotions Management Systems Implementation
– in 2025 and 2026, Karo will implement TPM software in four of our leading European markets to support business planning improvement
Collaborating with our consultant partners to ensure data loading completed OTIF Key point of contact for implementation markets, facilitating smooth workloads across a resource light organisation Initial testing of system through the implementation process Documentation of the data feeds in and out of the TPM tool from Karo perspective
Minimum Requirements
Three years of experience of Master Data management or Trade Promotions Management, preferably within the healthcare, or consumer goods industry Basic understanding of supply chain operations and related data requirements Meticulous with a focus on data accuracy, integrity, and industry-specific standards Effective communication skills to collaborate with the Master Data Management team, commercial teams, and other internal and external stakeholders Problem-solving and analytical capability Commercial experience advantageous, but not essential Benefits
