Commercial Process Lead , accountable for the end-to-end structuring and management of the sales pipeline. In this pivotal role you will work closely with your team to ensure all processes are performed with precision and in alignment to organizational goals. Your guidance will directly influence the commercial organization’s propensity to manage opportunities effectively and achieve sales targets.

What you will be doing: Work with your team (Technology and Assurance Specialist) to ensure all processes, from lead generation to contract signing are performed with precision and alignment to organizational goals. Oversee the accuracy, health, and representation of the sales pipeline, conducting regular audits of the CRM and providing regular leadership updates. Work with Marketing operations to monitor and refine lead routing processes to ensure correct and efficient allocation, minimizing reaction time and maximizing conversion rates. Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the deal process, implement improvements and work with the relevant teams to ensure deals are being structured in compliance with company policies and aligned with strategic objectives. Oversee transition of deals through the contracting phase, ensuring processes are accurately closed, legally compliant, and timely. Collaborate with your team around CRM systems, pipeline tools, and regulatory and internal policy standards. Partner with Commercial Enablement to train and educate the commercial organization on pipeline best practices and compliance requirements (using data to identify where deals tend to stall and develop targeted interventions). Collaborate with the finance team to manage the budget process, acting as the bridge between central and regional planning, covering targeting programs, territory planning, organization structuring, and goal setting.
What we are looking for from you:
Essential:
B2B sales operations, revenue operations, or related field. Leadership, influencing, and strategic oversight combined with proactivity, process management, and analytics. CRM platforms (particularly Salesforce) and reporting tools (such as Tableau) and implementing/optimizing sales technology solutions.
Desirable:
SaaS or technology background. Pipeline automation tools and integrations for process improvement. Experience in Microsoft toolkit. Global or multi-regional sales environments and cultural and regulatory related considerations.
