Commercial Process Manager– 2 year secondment/Fixed Term Contract
£46,400 to £58,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 5)

We’re looking for a Process Manager to join our Commercial team. Your mission will be to drive efficiencies in our processes and ways of working, all while helping us deliver our 4-year Commercial plan.
You’ll be a key part of making our Commercial team become world class by creating and driving the short to medium-term strategic plans for our Process Team, whilst making sure all our processes are fit for purpose for our colleagues and suppliers. In other words, you’ll be the one who makes sure we don’t reinvent the wheel—unless, of course, the wheel needs reinventing.
What you’ll do
Support the delivery of the 4-year plan through the continuous improvement of Commercial and Supplier processes
Create, drive and deliver the Commercial process plan for our colleagues and suppliers
Provide resources, advice, and support to make sure process changes which impact Commercial colleagues are planned and delivered effectively
Work to improve process knowledge and capability in the Commercial team, providing guidance materials and support to colleagues
Build strong relationships across Commercial and the wider food business to create collaborative ways of working
Support process changes which affect Commercial colleagues as a result of legislative or regulatory changes
This role would suit people who have
Experience in a commercial retail environment
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and building strong working relationships
Strong passion for understanding and optimising end-to-end processes
Skilled in process mapping and continuous improvement techniques
Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex information for diverse audiences
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise key initiatives effectively
