Commercial Product Manager – Business Card – WorldFirst Location: London Language Proficiency: Fluency in Mandarin is desirable but not a must. Job Description We are seeking an experienced card payment expert in the OTA industry to join our card product team and support the company’s expansion and optimization within the OTA sector. This role will drive the development of OTA-related business and enhance the competitiveness of our card products in this field. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the OTA industry and a deep understanding of industry dynamics and their relationship with payment solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the application expansion and integration of card products within the OTA industry, ensuring seamless payment processes. Analyse business needs within the OTA sector to provide tailored payment solutions and optimize payment success rates. Collaborate closely with OTA platforms, partners, and internal teams to drive project implementation and execution. Identify and resolve issues arising during the payment process to ensure smooth transactions on OTA platforms. Provide expert industry insights to help the team formulate effective strategies, enhancing the company’s market position in the OTA field. Continuously track the latest trends and technological developments in the OTA industry to maintain the company’s competitive edge. Qualifications Extensive work experience in the OTA industry, with a deep understanding of online travel agency operations and industry demands. Ability to handle payment-related issues within the OTA sector, optimizing processes and improving transaction success rates. Strong project management skills to effectively coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring timely project completion. Excellent communication skills, capable of cross-team collaboration to achieve business objectives. Basic understanding of regulations and standards within the payment industry.
