Commercial Product & Propositions Manager National Salary Circa £40,000 London Salary Circa £60,000 Location - Flexible across the UK as long as you are within a commutable distance to an Aviva office. The role requires regular interaction with a range of different people from across the Commercial Lines business. A bit about the job: This role will support the Commercial Lines Product & Propositions Leads to ensure that products and propositions developed and managed continue to provide value to customers and are aligned with regulatory expectations. You will support the strategic thinking of the overarching Product & Propositions delivery roadmap to drive sustainable, profitable growth across the plan period and effectively engage cross-functional teams to deliver new propositions or enhancements to market. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Understanding communication techniques and how to communicate effectively with key stakeholders both internally and externally. Able to think creatively and bring innovation to activities. Confidently engage with senior leaders to advise, support, and influence. Experience of managing and prioritising multiple demands. Understanding of relevant insurance or financial service marketplaces. What you’ll get for this role: National Salary Circa £40,000 and London Salary Circa £60,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications). 10% annual salary bonus, actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s. Generous
