Due to internal promotion, we’re looking for a Commercial Programme Manager to join our Commercial Programme Office here at Wickes. As our Commercial Programme Manager you’ll support the planning, co-ordination, management and delivery of the annual Range Review Programme.

What you’ll be doing: Programme management of Range Reviews as per the annual Commercial Range Review plan Support the Senior Commercial Programme Manager in the scope, planning, co-ordination, delivery and management of the Range Review programme. Arrange and lead weekly Range Review project meetings, ensuring all actions, decisions, risks and issues are discussed and communicated (and escalated where required). Arrange, diarise and facilitate the key meetings in the Range Review process such as Scope, Financial Sign Off, Store Walks, Lab Walks. Track and monitor all Range Reviews and projects through the relevant CPAs and action logs. Communicate meeting actions in a timely fashion. Completion of the weekly Range Review dashboard - to be shared with relevant stakeholders. Support the Senior Commercial Programme Manager in providing regular programme updates to the Commercial Leadership Team. Create, maintain, govern and manage all Commercial Processes: Understand the key Commercial processes and work with other functions and departments to produce clear process maps and manuals, ensuring they are simple, clear and efficient. Provide programme support in the Deletes and Sell Only process, a monthly review of historical deletes in our business. Manage and maintain the Commercial Process Portal.

What we’re looking for: The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the complexity of cross-functional projects within the programme. I.e the need to actively manage the dependencies, risks and issues, and the need for clear and co-ordinated programme communication to all key stakeholders on an ongoing basis. As well as this you’ll: Have extensive experience of working cross-functionally, whilst building strong working relationships. Have lead meetings or deputised for a line manager. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence people at all levels within the business. Be well organised and able to multi-task across various projects. Excellent Google programme skills (Google Sheets, Docs, Forms etc).
