Collaborating with Regional and local medical affairs teams to perform MLR (Medical Legal Reviews) of training materials. Managing project portfolios and providing updates to Comm Ops management and key stakeholders. Project Management tasks such as coordinating, supervising progress, facilitating collaboration within internal teams, and keeping project-related documentation of deliverables in Promomats. Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring spend for related activities. Supporting commercial training initiatives and other activities such as reporting and analytics. Managing the creation and review of medical content training materials, ensuring deliverables move efficiently between agencies and medical teams. This Role May Be For You:
You excel in managing cross-functional projects and have hands-on experience with Veeva Promomats. You possess strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflict and drive consensus. You have a strong understanding of Commercial Operations projects and can work across multiple geographies. You have a proven track record to lead collaborative and creative problem-solving efforts and overcome resistance or barriers. You are highly organized with excellent project management, change management, and presentation skills. To Be Considered:
You must have a university degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Proficient in English is required, and additional European languages are a plus.
