Job Title: Commercial Project Manager – Training and Operations Job Function: Project Management Therapy Area/Industry: Oncology Job Type: Contract (12 months) Job Description: Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Commercial Project Manager – Training and Operations to support our International Oncology team. This role focuses on managing commercial training and operations across various regions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project management and execution. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with regional and local medical affairs teams for Medical Legal Reviews of training materials. Manage project portfolios and provide updates to management and stakeholders. Coordinate and supervise project progress, facilitate team collaboration, and maintain project documentation in Promomats. Assist with budget preparation and monitor spending for related activities. Support commercial training initiatives, reporting, and analytics. Oversee the creation and review of medical content training materials, ensuring efficient workflow between agencies and medical teams. Key Skills and Requirements:
Proficiency in managing cross-functional projects and experience with Veeva Promomats. Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills. Ability to resolve conflicts and drive consensus. Understanding of Commercial Operations projects across multiple geographies. Proven track record in leading collaborative and creative problem-solving efforts. Highly organized with excellent project management, change management, and presentation skills. University degree in a relevant discipline. Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
