About the Firm: We are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established high street law firm in Rotherham, renowned for their excellent client service and community-focused approach. This firm has a strong presence in the region and provides a broad range of legal services to a loyal client base.

The team is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property and Residential Conveyancing Legal Executive or Solicitor to strengthen their property department. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a supportive and professional environment with genuine career progression prospects.

The Role: As a key member of the property team, you will manage a mixed caseload of commercial property and residential conveyancing matters. You will play a pivotal role in delivering expert legal advice to the firm's valued clients while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities: Handling a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and landlord/tenant matters. Managing residential conveyancing transactions, from instruction to post-completion. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a client-focused approach at all times. Providing clear, concise, and practical legal advice to individuals, businesses, and investors. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal obligations. Supporting the development of junior team members and contributing to the department's growth.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will be: A qualified Legal Executive or Solicitor (2+ years PQE preferred, although all levels of experience will be considered). Experienced in both commercial property and residential conveyancing matters. Able to work independently, managing your own caseload efficiently and effectively. An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and colleagues alike. Commercially aware, with a proactive approach to business development and networking.
