Commercial Property Fee Earner/Solicitor
Sue Ross Legal are working with a local leading law firm for the recruitment of a Commercial Property Solicitor. You will play a vital role in establishing and growing the Commercial Property department to assist the organisation in achieving its overall targets.
The successful candidate will have experience dealing with a wide range of Commercial Property work and will be capable of managing a varied caseload with minimum supervision. The work will include cover lease assignments, new leases (acting for both landlords and tenants), licences to assign, commercial sales and purchases, lease surrenders and extensions, and other general commercial property matters.
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 3 years post-qualification experience and have experience managing your own varied caseload of Commercial Property files. You will be ambitious and bring an enthusiastic, energetic, and can-do presence to the business. It would be helpful if the applicant was also able to undertake residential conveyancing work, but this is not essential.
