About the Property Lawyer opportunity:
Sellick Partnership is proud to be working with Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council on an exclusive basis for the recruitment into their legal team. We are looking for a Property Lawyer to join the team on a permanent basis at a really exciting time.
Key responsibilities of the Property Lawyer role:
Leases of industrial units and lease renewals.
Section 106 matters.
Right to buy matters.
Option agreements and development agreements.
Planning enforcements.
Residential and commercial property.
Sales and acquisitions.
Highways matters.
Landlord and tenant matters.
