Our client is a full service law firm offering services to both commercial clients and individuals. Their commercial property team forms an important part of the business and they have a great reputation for the quality of service they provide.
They are currently seeking a commercial property solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' experience to join the team. You will be advising a range of clients including investors, developers, landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, and occupiers. The team regularly deals with acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, property development, and licensing work.
You should be able to deal with smaller commercial property matters with minimal supervision and be happy to assist other fee earners on larger commercial property transactions.
Based in the beautiful city of Bath, this role allows you to work in a lovely location but without compromising on the quality of work.
