Experience required:
Qualified in England and Wales or Common Law jurisdiction. At least 3 years of post-qualification experience. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a commercial property team. Experience in the drafting and negotiation of property contracts and leases and associated documentation. Experience of taking responsibility for running some aspects of larger property transactions. Ability to provide practical, clear advice. Excellent communication skills. Excellent academic achievement with a minimum 2:1 degree. Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
