Knowledge and experience of landlord and tenant, freehold sale and purchases, acquisitions and disposals, pension property work and general commercial property work is essential to this role. Candidates should be commercially focused and pragmatic in their approach. The ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent client service is also essential.
