Commercial Property Lawyer, 5+ Years PQE , Telford, £Competitive Salary – An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer looking for a new role for 2025. JOB REF: 8005.
• A progressive and forward-thinking firm who is keen to expand their commercial property team who is continuing to go from strength to strength. • Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 years PQE gained with another reputable law firm. • You will be responsible for a varied commercial property caseload, to include freehold and leasehold disposals and acquisitions, strategic property, landlord and tenant and commercial/residential development matters. • Some experience of corporate/commercial work would be advantageous, but not essential. • It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills and work well within a team. • Hybrid and flexible working options available.
