Key Duties: Providing comprehensive support to Commercial Property Fee Earners Diary management, including scheduling meetings, booking rooms, and preparing documents Maintaining professional communication with clients, solicitors, and estate agents, both in writing and over the phone Preparing, formatting, and editing legal documents using audio and digital dictation Organising and maintaining both electronic and physical files, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate Assisting with billing and managing expenses where necessary Handling incoming correspondence and monitoring deadlines Are You the Right Person? The ideal candidate will be confident, ambitious, and eager to gain valuable experience in a professional setting. You should have strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
