Client Side Commercial Property Manager - Junior / Surveyor Level, North West London
We have been instructed by a privately-owned, well-funded Asset Management firm, seeking to hire a Property Manager with commercial property exposure, looking for a springboard into the lucrative world of property and asset management.
This is a fantastic opportunity for either an assistant or junior property manager with commercial experience or a Surveyor who has the appetite to move into a future Asset Management role at the firm.
Salary on offer will depend on your experience and/or qualification status.
Your role will see you working in a close-knit team, reporting into a Senior Asset Manager, responsible for managing a commercial portfolio spread across London and the South East.

The successful applicant will be familiar with Commercial Property Management, Lease & Tenant Management, service charges and have a good general understanding of Commercial Property.
