Commercial Property Manager
Cobalt Recruitment is delighted to represent a substantial, privately-owned property investment and asset management company with an extensive commercial real estate portfolio across the UK. As part of their ambitious growth plans, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join their in-house team and deliver professional property management services.
Responsibilities:
Progressing licences for lease assignments, sublets, and alterations.
Liaising with Building Surveyors, Facilities Managers, solicitors, and on-site personnel.
Managing landlord and tenant requests.
Reading and interpreting leases accurately.
Reporting to clients and supporting Asset Managers with strategic advice.
Assessing rents, income flows, and yields.
Inspecting commercial properties and providing asset management recommendations.
About You:
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years in a similar role, ideally MRICS qualified. Skills:
Excellent IT proficiency and the ability to interpret complex leases. Essentials:
