Commercial Property Manager
£40,000 + 33 Days Holiday + Hybrid + Bonus + Flexitime

Are you a Property Manager with commercial experience looking for an engaging and rewarding position where you can truly make your mark in a family-feel company, where you will be valued and looked after with clear scope to progress to Head of Property Management?
On offer is an exciting opportunity where you will be managing your own portfolio of commercial properties across Cornwall and surrounding areas. You will be travelling to sites to visit clients and tenants, working with the likes of Sainsbury's, Trust, and Co-Op for example.
Founded 30 years ago, this property specialist prides itself on its high level of service to clients throughout its history, earning a strong reputation in the industry. They are looking to continue their organic growth, starting with this brand new position.
This role would suit a Property Manager that has experience with commercial properties looking to play a large part in a close-knit company, where they will be trusted to manage their own day with little supervision, eventually progressing into a Head of Property Management role.
