Job Title: Commercial Property Associate

The Role: They are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Property Associate to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will handle a variety of commercial property matters, providing expert legal advice and representation to their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions.
- Advising clients on all aspects of commercial property law, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
- Drafting and negotiating contracts and other legal documents.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Keeping up to date with changes in commercial property law and policy.
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in commercial property law.
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent client care skills.
- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload and work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
