Commercial Property Solicitor 3+ - Bristol
Outstanding commercial property team are looking to hire a commercial property solicitor to join their diverse commercial property team. Working across sectors, this commercial property team are known for their work globally for international funds, private equity houses and individual investors.
This large commercial property team consists of many highly regarded partners, who you will be working closely with and learning from. You'll be joining a Top 20 firm who have an impressive range of rankings and awards!
The successful commercial property solicitor will be working on a range of work to include: commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, property finance, insolvency, corporate occupier, projects, development, acquisition, asset management, mortgage securitisation and renewables work.
You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE in commercial property, ideally gained at a leading practice. Ideally, you will have experience in renewable energy and clean energy sector work.
