We are looking to speak to Solicitors with 3+ years of experience in Commercial Property transactions for a new, exciting role in Aberdeen. Ideally, you will have experience servicing a variety of clients including rural and agricultural.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an experienced and established team in the North East of Scotland!
This is a full-time, permanent role, working core business hours, following a hybrid working model. Salary for this role is dependent on experience.
Are you who we are looking for?
You are a qualified solicitor with 3+ years of experience, ideally within the commercial property sector
You are a confident communicator both written and orally
You enjoy working with clients across the local community, building key relationships
You can prioritise your workload daily, managing ever-changing requirements
You have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages and Case Management systems
You work well individually and as part of a wider team environment
What is the day to day like?
Dealing with a variety of commercial property transactions
Working well individually and within a wider team environment
Managing a high-volume caseload daily
Assisting with any commercial matters when required
Building key relationships with clients and stakeholders
Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed within set time frames
Preparing reports for clients
Promoting the department and business through business development activities
