Our client has a highly successful Commercial Property department filled with top ranking solicitors. You will be integral to the success of the department and will be presented with leadership opportunities to develop and nurture the junior members of the team. The law firm regularly ranks at the top of the Legal 500. You'll handle your own caseload of Commercial Property matters involving sales and acquisition, landlord and tenants, overage agreements, option and pre-emption agreements, secured lending and more. The client base includes a range of SMEs and local businesses, as they have strong relationships throughout the North West. You'll tangibly see the difference you're making to local businesses as well as larger PLC clients. You will ideally have around 4+ PQE experience, as they're looking for someone who will fit into the team dynamic well.
