Overview
This established high street, multi-practice firm has been delivering expert legal advice to both private and commercial clients for many years. Operating across South Wales from multiple locations, they are expanding their Commercial Property team and require a Solicitor in their Bath office.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including leases, pension property, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, and some development matters. Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in relation to commercial property matters. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice. Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services. Contribute to business development initiatives, including networking and marketing efforts to enhance the firm’s profile in the commercial property sector. DESIRED EXPERIENCE
At least 2 years post qualified Solicitor or equivalent in Commercial Property (Essential). Experience managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters. Ideally this will include property development but this is not essential. Able to work independently and take ownership of matters from day one. Strong communication and client-facing skills. A proactive and motivated individual with a genuine interest in progressing within a small firm. Ideally, you should have a good understanding of the local market, though this is not essential.
