Commercial Property Solicitor
About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer for an exciting opportunity with a leading law firm based in Worcestershire. This role is ideal for a skilled lawyer with at least 5 years of experience in commercial property law. As a Commercial Property Lawyer, you will provide expert legal advice on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including leases, sales, purchases, and re-mortgages. You will also work closely with the Corporate & Commercial teams to support clients in business transactions involving commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities: · Managing and advising on various commercial property transactions, including leases, sales, purchases, and re-mortgages · Drafting, reviewing, and amending legal documents, such as transaction reports for clients and lenders · Developing expertise in the firm's case management system and ensuring efficiency in your work · Collaborating with colleagues within the department and liaising with both new and existing clients

What We Are Looking For: · Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a focus on Commercial Property · At least 5 years' experience in commercial property transactions · Strong knowledge of relevant law and practice, particularly in conveyancing · Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team
