The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will have previous Commercial Property experience gained within Commercial Property team dealing with all aspects of Property lawThe FirmA well established private practice providing legal services to individuals and businesses in Southern England have found their instructions rise considerably and are now in a position to hire.The RoleThe Commercial Property Solicitor will manage a case load of sales and purchases of commercial property. The work will involve managing files from instruction through to completion and will include drafting, reviewing and negotiating leases, landlord and tenant agreements, lease back options and drafting legal documents.The CandidateA qualified Solicitor or Fee Earner with previous Commercial Property experience . The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will have excellent communication experience and assist in business development.
