We are seeking a commercial property solicitor or experienced Chartered Legal Executive, ideally with three or more years’ post qualification experience, to join either our branch in St George’s Place Canterbury or main Margate office in Margate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Contracts subject to planning
Sales and purchases
Asset sales and purchases
Overages and options
Commercial lending
Leases - granting and assignment
Running your own transactions day to day, whilst also assisting with the team’s property development caseload
Acting for developers, occupiers, high net worth individuals, retailers, lenders and borrowers
Developing and, latterly, growing our commercial client offering.

We will consider applications from individuals who wish to work on a full or part-time basis. Working from home is often effective and we believe in its benefits, so have a permanent and occasional working from home policy. You would be welcome to propose up to 40% home working.
Your salary will be competitive and negotiable depending on experience. The position is permanent, and your hours will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm if you take on the role on a full-time basis.
